Vijaya Bank has reportedly entered into a bancassurance deal with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. This agreement will enable distribution of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance products through the bank’s network of 2,129 branches within the country.
Bajaj Allianz General Insurance will provide insurance products such as health, personal accident, home, motor and travel and will also offer commercial line of insurance products.
Vijaya Bank is a public sector bank. The Bank offers various financial products and services, such as deposit products, loans and advances, card services, remittances and collection, and non-resident Indian (NRI) services.
