Adani Green Energy (AGEL) has acquired 100% equity share capital of Adani Renewable Energy Park (AREPL) from Adani Tradecom LLP and Adani Trading Services LLP on August 9, 2018. AREPL is acquired with an object of having the benefits of synergy.

The said Company was incorporated in March, 2015 for the purpose of undertaking the business of development of integrated renewable energy parks.

Adani Green Energy builds, owns and operates power plants powered by renewable sources of energy like solar and wind.
