GMR Infrastructure’s subsidiary, GMR Hyderabad International Airport (GHIAL), operating Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) is expanding terminal building, airside infrastructure and allied infrastructure to achieve 34 million annual passenger (MAP) throughputs from the existing design capacity of 12 MAP.
In this regard, GHIAL has issued Letter of Intent (LoI) for construction of Terminal Building and Airside Infrastructure contracts. The above expansion works are expected to be completed in 42 months from the date of award.
GMR Infrastructure is engaged in generation of power, mining and exploration activities, development of highways, infrastructure development, such as development and maintenance of airports and special economic zone; construction business, including engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracting activities and operation of airports and special economic zones.
