Dr Lal Pathlabs has informed that the Audit Committee and Board of Directors in their respective meeting held today, has approved appointment of Ved Prakash Goel, as Chief Financial officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from August 10, 2018. Goel will take over the CFO and KMP duties & responsibilities with effect from August 10, 2018 from Dilip Bidani. Bidanis will serve his notice period till September 19, 2018.
