SBI to sell two NPAs worth Rs 2,490 crore

SBI will sell two non-performing assets (NPAs) worth about Rs 2,490 crore and has invited bids for them. The two accounts on sale are Bombay Rayon Fashions which owes Rs 2,260.79 crore and Shivam Dhatu Udyog which owes Rs 229.32 crore. The bank has placed these accounts for sale to ARCs/banks/ NBFCs/FIs.

SBI is the country’s largest lender and it offers a wide range of services in the Personal Banking, Agriculture/ Rural, NRI services, SME and Corporate Banking etc.
