Renaissance Jewellery will reportedly acquire US-based Jay Gems for about Rs 200 crore. This deal will help the company to get access to Disney’s famous collection of jewellery wear. Jay Gems has an exclusive licensing agreement with the world famous enchanted collection by Disney Fine Jewellery.

Renaissance Jewellery is engaged in the business of design, manufacturing, and sales of various types of jewellery - Gold, silver, platinum jewellery, studded with diamonds and other precious and semi-precious stones.
