Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made there under as amended from time to time, and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Thursday, 20th September, 2018 to Tuesday, 25th September, 2018 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
