Jet Airways to sell JetPrivilege stake, wet-lease small aircrafts

28 Aug 2018 Evaluate

Jet Airways will monetise loyalty programme JetPrivilege and wet-lease some of its small aircraft to mobilise urgent working capital. The company has reported net loss of Rs 1,323 crore for the June quarter, which is the second straight quarter of losses, due to higher fuel cost, falling rupee and low fares.

Jet Airways is India’s premier international airline, which operates flights to India and overseas. The company’s robust domestic India network spans the length and breadth of the country covering metro cities, state capitals and emerging destinations.
