Catvision has informed that 33rd AGM has been rescheduled to Friday, 28th September, 2018 owing to reasons and circumstances which are beyond the control of Company. The decision has been approved by the Board of Directors vide circular resolution passed by majority of directors dated 28-08-2018. Accordingly, the period of book closure also stands rescheduled and the Register of members and Share Transfer books will now remain closed from 22nd September, 2018 to 28th September, 2018 for the purpose of 33rd AGM. Further Cut-off date for deciding member eligible for voting is 21st September, 2018.
