SBI planning to sell stake in NSE

State Bank of India (SBI) has planning to sell stake in the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). The appropriate authority has accorded approval to explore and initiate the process of divestment upto 3.8958% of stake of SBI in NSE through secondary sale.

SBI is the country’s largest lender and it offers a wide range of services in the Personal Banking, Agriculture/ Rural, NRI services, SME and Corporate Banking etc.
