Reliance Infrastructure’s (RInfra) board is going to consider and approve the transfer of Integrated Mumbai Power Business to Adani Transmission (ATL). The meeting of the Board of the Directors of the company has been convened on August 29, 2018, to consider the same.

RInfra is one of the largest infrastructure companies, developing projects through various Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) in several high growth sectors such as Power, Roads and Metro Rail in the Infrastructure space and the Defence sector.
