IITL Projects has informed that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. Tuesday, August 14, 2018, the Board of Directors have approved appointment of Safal Jain, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India as Company Secretary of the Company and designated him as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from August 16, 2018. Further, Safal Jain will also act as Compliance Officer of the Company, pursuant to Regulation 6 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 with effect from August 16, 2018.
