Escorts Agri Machinery Segment (EAM) has reported sale of 4,812 tractors in August 2018 as compared to 4,587 tractors in August 2017, registering growth by 4.9%.
The domestic sales for the month of August 2018 stood at 4,674 tractors, up by 6.3% as against 4,398 tractors in August 2017. Exports for August 2018 stood at 138 tractors against 189 tractors sold in August 2017.
Escorts offer a comprehensive range of tractors with more than 45 variants starting from 25 to 80 HP. The company also manufactures and markets a diverse range of equipments like cranes, loaders, vibratory rollers and forklifts.
