New Delhi Television has informed that on August 31, 2018, the Company has received a letter dated August 29, 2018 (Letter) issued by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), requesting the Company to provide certain documents relating to the subsidiary companies of the Company, for preliminary enquiry in a case allegedly registered against the Company and unknown officials of Income Tax and others. The Company is not aware of the allegations which are subject matter of the enquiry.
