Adroit Infotech, Certified SAP Services Partner has entered into Definitive Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with two US based companies- Selltis Technologies LLC (Selltis) and Infodant International Inc (Infodant based out of Houston, USA). Both these companies will help the company to leverage its position in the Small and Medium Industries segment.
