Future Retail is planning to increase number of small-format stores by opening 20 Big Bazaar stores across the country in current financial year. The company is currently opening 2 stores a day and is planning to open almost 100 small format stores in current year. The small format stores are Easyday, Heritage, and Nilgiri stores owned by the company.
Future Retail offers food and grocery categories, fresh fruits and vegetables, meat and poultry, dairy products, staples, FMCG and processed foods, electronics and appliances, clothing and footwear, furniture and furnishing, and other household articles.
