Shivalik Rasayan has informed that 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Friday, 28th September, 2018 at 11:00 am at Hotel Saffron Leaf GMS Road Dehradun, Uttarakhand-248146. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed 22nd September, 2018 to 28th September, 2018 for the purpose of payment of Dividend and Annual General Meeting.
