Engineers India has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the company will remain closed from August 23, 2012 to August 30, 2012 for the purpose of payment of final dividend & 47th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on August 30, 2012.
Further, the final dividend for the financial year 2011-2012 on the equity shares of the company shall be payable on & from September 04, 2012, if declared, at the forthcoming annual general meeting of the company.
