No.HO:IRC:RB:2018-19:217 dated 31.07.2018, Bank Of India has informed that a meeting of Compensation cum Allotment Committee (CAC) of the Bank is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 18thSeptember, 2018, to consider, finalize and approve a scheme namely 'Bank of India - Employee Stock Purchase Scheme, 2018' (BOI-ESPS, 2018) for issue of upto 10 crore new equity shares of Bank to the eligible employees of Bank and all incidental matters thereat.
