In continuation to the earlier letter dated 6th September, 2018, Sunil Hitech Engineers has informed that the petition filed by American Express Banking Corp. under the Insolvency And Bankruptcy Code, 2016 before the National Company Law Tribunal has been admitted. The Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) has taken over the control and custody of assets of the company. It is also informed that a public notice for the creditors of the Company under Regulation 6 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 has been issued by the IRP in Financial Express on 13th September, 2018.
