Yes Bank has raised funds worth Rs 3,042 crore on private placement basis. The Capital Raising Committee of the Board of the Bank, on September 17, 2018, has approved the issue and allotment of 30,420 Rated, Listed, Non-Convertible, Redeemable, Unsecured, BASEL III compliant Tier 2 Bonds, in the nature of debentures, of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 3,042 crore on private placement basis.
