Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 Syndicate Bank has informed that in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 9 of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 read with sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 8 of the Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme 1970, the Central Government vide Notification F. No. 4/5/2018-BO.I dated 20th September, 2018 has appointed Ajay K. Khurana (DoB: 17.03.1964), General Manager, Vijaya Bank as Executive Director in Syndicate Bank for a period of three years with effect from the date of assumption of office, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Ajay K. Khurana has assumed office of Executive Director of the Bank on 20.09.2018.
