The first order is for Core & Shell Works of Piramal Mahalaxmi, Mumbai from Glider Buildcon Realtors (Piramal Realty Group Company). The scope of work includes 3 Towers with 2 Basement, 9 level podiums and 63 habitable floors. This is the company’s first order from the prestigious Piramal Group. The order is worth Rs 560.90 crore (excluding GST).
The second order is for Civil works of Harbour Heights -- project for construction of Mall located at Mazgaon, Mumbai from Radius Sumer Developers (Radius Group Company). The order is worth Rs 113.85 crore (excluding GST).
