Oriental Hotels has received approval from its board to sell the Hotel Unit owned by the company at Visakhapatnam namely 'The Gateway Hotel, Beach Road Visakhapatnam' 'as a going concern', on an 'as is where is' basis based on the recommendation of Investment Committee. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on September 26, 2018 has approved the same.
