Parsvnath Developers has received approval to divest its 100% stake in Parsvnath Estate Developers, comprising of 37,75,000 Class A equity shares and 12,25,000 class B equity shares of Rs 10 each and in Primetime Realtors, comprising of 10,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each, wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company, on such terms and conditions as the board of directors of the company may deem fit and appropriate in the interest of the company. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on September 28, 2018, approved the same.
Parsvnath Developers has diversified portfolio, which includes, integrated townships, group housing, commercial complexes, hotels, IT parks, among others.
