Kitex Garments has received an approval to incorporate four wholly owned Subsidiaries (WOS) with an investment of Rs 10 lakh each constituting Rs 40 lakh. The company has incorporated a WOS viz., Kitex Littlewear and other WoS company incorporation is underway.
The incorporation and investments are in line with investment plan for Kitex Garments Strategic Road Map 2025. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on October 12, 2018, approved the same.
Kitex Garments is a 100% export of cotton garments in infants wear segment mainly in US and European markets. It has vertically integrated manufacturing plant makes infants wear as well as fabrics.
