Vedanta has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, October 31, 2018, the Board will also consider declaration of interim dividend, if any, amongst other matters. Also informed that the record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the interim dividend, if declared, has been fixed as November 10, 2018. The intimation is being issued pursuant to Regulation 29 and 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
