Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Oriental Hotels has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 22, 2018 has considered the notice of termination of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and refund of interest free deposit amount paid to the Licensor under the MoU entered into by the Company in respect of its license arrangement relating to Trivandrum Hotel Unit Hotel and referred the same to the Investment Committee of the Board to examine various aspects involved and submit its recommendation to the Board.
