Ircon International has made an investment of Rs 50 crore (i.e. in 5 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each) in a wholly owned subsidiary -- Ircon Davanagere Haveri (IrconDHHL) by way of right issue. As on October 2018, the total investment made by the company in IrconDHHL is Rs 104.05 crore.
