Quess Corp has received an approval from its board for merger of four wholly owned subsidiaries namely, Aravon Services, CentreQ Business Services, Coachieve Solutions and Master Staffing Solutions into Quess Corp.
The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on October 25, 2018 has approved the same.
