In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Union Bank of India has informed that the Central Government vide notification no. F. No.4/5/2018-BO.I dated 20.09.2018 has appointed Dinesh Kumar Garg, General Manager, Bank of India as Executive Director of Union Bank of India for a period of 3 years with effect from the date of his taking over charge of the post or till attaining the age of Superannuation i.e. 30.09.2021 or until further orders, whichever is earliest. Dinesh Kumar Garg has taken over charge of the post of Executive Director of the Bank on 02.11.2018.
