Mankad have ceased to be directors of the company with effect from the conclusion of the 41st annual general meeting (AGM) held on July 25, 2012 since they have retired by rotation at the AGM and had not sought re-election by the shareholders at the AGM, due to their personal reasons.
Further, Pramod Bhasin has been appointed as an additional director by the board of directors at its meeting held on July 25, 2012.
