Om Metals Infraprojects along with Veerprabhu Marketing has formed an SPV namely Sidh Logistics thereby making an investment of Rs 50,000 divided into 5000 shares of Rs 10 each. The said SPV shall be engaged in the development, operation and maintenance of Silos for storage of Wheat at Surat on DBFOT Basis under PPP mode as per the Draft Concession Agreement issued by the Authority i.e. Food Corporation of India.
