Endurance Technologies has received an approval for issuance of fresh/new equity shares through one or more public or private offerings or combination thereof as may be permitted under applicable law(s), for an amount up to Rs 750 crore. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on November 03, 2018, approved the same.
Endurance Technologies manufactures aluminium casting (including alloy wheels), suspension, transmission and braking products. The company’s products include aluminium casting, which offers high pressure die castings, low pressure die castings, gravity die castings etc.
