MBL Infrastructures has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 14th November, 2018, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018. Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor, and report trading by insiders trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for the trading in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 6th November, 2018 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of a meeting on 14th November, 2018. This may be treated as compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
