Further, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from 5th November, 2018 to 16th November, 2018 for the Directors and Key Managerial Personnel/ Designated Employees/ Connected Persons of the Company.
