New Delhi Television has informed about the outcome of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, held on November 5, 2018, has considered and approved the un-audited financial results of the Company on standalone and consolidated basis, for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018, as reviewed by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. A copy of the aforesaid results along with the Limited Review Report is enclosed. Further, Ravi Asawa has resigned as the CFO, NDTV Group. The Board of Directors thanked him for his extensive contribution and has accepted his resignation on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Asawa will serve a notice period of three months; the exchanges will be informed of his last working day by the Company.
