Further, pursuant to the code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its designated employees regarding the closure of the Trading Window from September 22, 2018 upto November 15, 2018, for the purpose of adoption of the Un-Audited (Reviewed) Financial Results for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2018. The trading window shall re-open on November 16, 2018.
