Tata Chemicals bestowed with ‘2012 Gold Quill Award’

Tata Chemicals has won the prestigious ‘2012 Gold Quill Award’ for excellence in business communication. The awards are presented by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). The company was awarded a Gold Quill under the Communications Management division for their project - Building a chemtastic community.

IABC’s annual Gold Quill Award programme honours the best of the best in business communication, offering professional communicators an opportunity to have their work evaluated by expert judges. The winners represent excellence in organizational communication and their work plans serve as best practices for professional communicators across communication disciplines.

This year’s competition was sponsored by Towers Watson and received nearly 700 entries from 23 countries. Of these, 78 were selected to receive awards - 24 awards of excellence, 53 awards of merit and one student award.
