IDBI Bank has informed about submission of the rectified details of record date for payment of interest amount in respect of IPDI 2009 Series VIII Bonds as per details given in Annexure. Inadvertently, the record date was mentioned as November 12, 2018 instead of November 26, 2018. Further, payment of interest on IPDI 2009 Series VIII Bonds would be made subject to receipt of regulatory approval and compliance of conditions stipulated therein, if any. The details are being provided in compliance with Regulation 50(1) and 60 (1) & (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
