Weizmann Forex has sold its 3.6 MW Wind Farms in Tamil Nadu during the quarter ended September, 2018. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on November 13, 2018, considered the same.

Besides, during Q2FY19, the companies namely Brahamvel Energy, Khandesh Energy Projects and Weizmann Corporate Services have ceased to be associate companies of Weizmann Forex.
