Nagar, Andheri West, Mumbai 400 053, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30.09.2017, quarter ended 31.12.2017 and Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31.03.2018. In connection with the above and as per the terms of the Company’s ‘Insider Trading Code for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders’, adopted by the Board of Directors pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Company’s securities shall remain closed for specified persons as defined in the Code with effect from 20th November, 2018 to 30th November, 2018.
