With reference to letter dated November 13, 2018 intimating about completion of tenure of A. Krishna Kumar and Prof. T.T. Ram Mohan as Independent Directors of the Company, on 12th November, 2018. In this regard, REC has informed that Ministry of Power vide Order dated 22nd November, 2018 has communicated the approval of President of India for re-appointment of A. Krishna Kumar and Prof. T.T. Ram Mohan as Part time Non Official Independent Directors on the Board of the Company for a period of one year from the date of completion of their tenure, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. A copy of the said Order is enclosed herewith.
