In compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, NHPC has informed that Ministry of Power vide its order no. 20/06/2017-Coord. dated November 22, 2018 has re-appointed three Independent Directors namely: Prof. Kanika T Bhal, Satya Prakash Mangal, and Arun Kumar on the Board of the company (whose tenure completed on November 17, 2018) for a period of one year with effect from the date of completion of their existing tenure, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
