Monte Carlo Fashions has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 30, 2018 to consider and approve the Buy-Back of fully paid-up Equity Shares of the Company. Further, in terms of provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for trading in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 27, 2018 to December 02, 2018 for all the Designated Persons (including Directors and designated employees as per Companys aforesaid Code) and their immediate relatives.
