Ashoka Buildcon gains on receiving extension from PWD

Ashoka Buildcon is currently trading at Rs. 126.60, up by 0.90 points or 0.72 % from its previous closing of Rs. 125.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 124.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 127.00 and Rs. 124.50 respectively. So far 3076 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 196.63 on 30-Apr-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 93.15 on 01-Oct-2018.

Ashoka Buildcon has received extension of 703 days in concession period from December 19, 2018 to November 22, 2020 from Public Works Department of the State of Maharashtra (PWD). The project is for four laning in KM 120/200 to 155/600 and three laning in KM 155/600 to 162/000 of Ahmednagar Aurangabad Road (SH60) under Build Operate-Transfer (BOT) basis.

Ashoka Buildcon builds and operates roads and bridges in India on a build, operate and transfer (BOT) basis. It currently operates one of the highest numbers of toll-based BOT projects in India.
