Nile has informed that on 10th November, 2018 the Board of Directors of the company declared interim dividend for FY2018-19. For the same, 23rd November, 2018 was fixed as the record date. As on the record date, a number of shareholders did not update their PAN and bank account details. Today (28th November, 2018) the company processed payment of dividend by NECS to those shareholders, who have updated their bank account details by the Record Date either through their DP (demat cases), or with the RTA (physical cases). Further, the company informed the shareholders, who did not update their PAN and Account Details with the company, that the company will hold their dividend in abeyance till they update their PAN and bank account details with the company. To update the PAN and bank account details, the company has informed to fill the Updation Form and send the same to the RTA (XL Softech Systems Ltd, Unit-Nile Ltd., 3, Sagar Society, Road No.2, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana, India - 500034).
