Punjab National Bank (PNB), country’s public sector lender has launched a new facility which enables its customers to know their savings account balance by sending ‘miss calls’. The bank took this initiative after great response received from the customers for the bank’s SMS alert services.
Bank’s customers have to give a miss call on the call centre number of the bank 1800 180 2222 or 0120-2490000 for less than three rings from their registered mobile numbers. Immediately, their accounts balance will be sent as an SMS to their mobile phones.
