Prajay Engineers Syndicate has informed that Company Petitions have been filed against Prajay Holdings (wholly owned Subsidiary of Prajay Engineers Syndicate) by one of its Shareholder namely Whitestock and against Prajay Properties (an Associate Company of Prajay Engineers Syndicate) by one of its Shareholder namely Belclare before the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad, under section 241 of the Companies Act, 2013 vide under CP Nos. 468/241/HBD/2018 and 466/241/HBD/2018 respectively.
