Further to earlier communications on the matter, GOCL Corporation has informed that the Honorable NCLT, Hyderabad Bench has vide its Order dated 27th November 2018, sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement for merger of two wholly owned subsidiaries namely, lDL Buildware and Gulf Caressorie India with the company. There is no consideration / allotment of further shares as a result of this merger. Necessary regulatory filings are being made to effectuate the merger.
